Can we talk even if we don’t know where to start?

Yes. Start from what is troubling you or what feels off. Where useful, we make the current state visible with RELACTIS and set the order to work in.

We’re uneasy about handing work to AI agents.

We first split the work AI agents take on from the work people decide, then set rules for permissions, approval and records before they are used.

What happens to what we build?

We build it small, on the assumption it gets fixed in use on the floor, and leave a usage guide with it.

What if we want builders of our own?

The in-house app-building programme grows people who can build, inside your organisation.

How is it contracted, and what does it cost?

As a project, or as ongoing advisory support. We quote based on the scope. The first consultation is free.
