We don’t measure results by how much we built. What matters is that the change keeps going afterwards.
OD APPS
Apps that support change in organisations.
Karhu Lab turns organisation-development know-how into apps of its own.
People and AI, people and people, work and technology.
The apps make those relationships visible, spark dialogue and turn it into action. We keep improving them in real use.

AI WORK BINGO
An AI workshop that starts from the tedious work.
AI training often ends at “impressive”, and nothing changes on the floor. AI WORK BINGO runs a workshop that starts not from how to use AI, but from each participant’s own tedious tasks.
The tedious tasks people put in become the squares on their team’s bingo card. Try one with AI and it clears; a full line is bingo. Each person leaves with a take-home sheet, and the organisation gets a results report.
It is designed by combining an organisation-development view with behavioural economics. The outer squares hold other teams’ tasks and only open once you go and ask the person who posted them, so conversations across departments happen naturally.
AI sorts each tedious task into six kinds and rates how hard it is
Open a square and the request to the AI is already written: no prompt know-how needed
The venue screen shows every team’s bingo card live
No names in the reports, so people can be honest about what is tedious
